Thurston Moore, David Toop & Tania Chen will make explosive improvisations in the Great Hall for this evening performance.
Recently David Toop & Tania played at All Tomorrow's Parties and they had a blast, especially when David pressed the subwoofer, the ground shook...and he almost broke his slide guitar while Tania played a video and made some noises...Thurston Moore (from Sonic Youth) happened to be there and asked Tania to play a duo at his show at Cafe OTO 4 months later...then they all made a studio album together...and now their trio will play at Goldsmiths Great Hall, a place with strong experimental energy.
Advance tickets are now available from Imogen Burman in the Goldsmiths Music Office (RHB 263) or on the door.
