  • Learning room support only: 8 - 10am
  • Live chat: 8am - 6pm
  • All IT support, including in-person service desk: 10am - 4pm

Christmas opening hours 

The Library Help Desk and LiveChat service will close at 4pm on Friday 20 December and re-open on Thursday 2 January at 10am. 
 
The Library Building is open to Goldsmiths students, staff and registered users during the closure period at the following times:

To enter during the Christmas closure period you will need to bring your Goldsmiths ID card and touch it on the reader near the accessible door at the main entrance. Walk in access for visitors who have not registered is not possible during this time.

In-person

Come and see us in-person at the IT Service Desk on the first floor of the Library.

After passing through the Library security gates take the first stairs on your left. Once on the first floor turn right and follow the signs to the end of the building.
