Vilnius Gediminas Technical University

Goldsmiths is partnering with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Vilnius Tech) to launch a dual Bachelor’s degree programme in the fields of multimedia and digital media. 

This collaborative initiative, commencing in the academic year 2025-26, will provide students with an opportunity to gain two degrees from two leading institutions. 

Students enrolled in this dual degree programme will spend the first two years at Vilnius Tech before progressing to Goldsmiths for their third year. Students will be awarded two degrees in Bachelor of Informatics Sciences, Multimedia Design and BSc (Hons) Interactive Digital Media and Networked Arts. Students will be equipped with a diverse and interdisciplinary skillset that prepares them for careers across the digital and creative industries. 

At Vilnius Tech, students will acquire knowledge in multimedia interaction design with a specific focus on information architecture systems, website development and visual and audio interaction. Goldsmiths' programme offers students a hands-on learning experience in creative computation, digital media, and the development of interactive applications, while critically engaging with the latest developments in the field. 

This partnership comes in response to the rising demand for professionals skilled in multimedia technologies, creative computation, and interactive digital media across sectors.
