Event overview
3rd year BMus Popular Music students perform 3 nights of shows at the NX Records pop-up shop as part of Music Week.
For 2016, 310NXRD: NX Records Pop Up Shop invites you to three ‘preview’ evenings with special performances, installations and other devised work from BMus Popular Music final year students from 7-9pm on the 28th, 29th and 30th of September as part of the ‘Music Week Festival: Anniversaries’. Like our regular weekly performances, attendance is free but space is limited!
NX records is a collaboration between Matthew Herbert’s Accidental Records and The Music Department at Goldsmiths.
We have run a Pop up Record shop for three consecutive years at 310 New Cross Road, right in the heart of vibrant New Cross. This year we’re back with industry talks, in store performances and an array of CDs, records, tapes and other unique items from independent labels and distros, local artists and Goldsmiths students and alumni. Opening on the 1st October- 19th November 2016 with brand new stock and a host of events.
