As part of her PhD thesis, violinist Viktoria Zora performs the complete chamber works for violin and piano by Prokofiev in this free evening recital.

Viktoria Zora is a violinist with interests in violin repertoire of Sergei Prokofiev and in violin pedagogy. A distinguished graduate of the Department of Music Studies, University of Athens, Viktoria holds a Master of Arts and a LRAM Diploma in Violin Teaching from the Royal Academy of Music, where she studied violin under Lydia Mordkovitch. Supported by the Greek State Scholarship Foundation Viktoria commenced her Doctorate degree at Goldsmiths combining her interests in academia and performance and thus researching Sergei Prokofiev’s Violin Sonatas: their compositional process, interpretation and disseminating history.
Virtuoso pianist, composer for film and the concert stage, arranger and lecturer, Pavel Timofeyevsky has received numerous prizes and accolades, that includes the BBC/Guardian Young Composer of the Year award. Russian born, Pavel has lived in London (England) most of his life and has appeared at nearly all the major concert venues across the UK. Concert tours, along with television and radio appearances in other parts of the world include the USA, Russia, China, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Greece, Cyprus and India.
