Dr. Max Blumberg discusses how to use analytics in an organisational context and the implications for big business.
Dr. Max Blumberg is a Research Fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London and founder of the Blumberg Partnership, a group of corporate psychologists who develop human capital analytics techniques for improving organisational performance by linking HR and business strategies. Blumberg Partnership clients include the BBC, Rentokil Initial, Barclays Bank, and Friends Provident. In his academic capacity, Max is responsible for developing the CIPD’s Human Capital Analytics training programmes.
A regular contributor to the media, Max frequently presents at business and academic conferences. Prior to the Blumberg Partnership, Max worked as a management consultant at Accenture and founded a technology start-up before successfully exiting in order to pursue his PhD.
