An international celebration of the legacy, musicological and performance interests of the late Professor Alexander Ivashkin.
As part of the Department of Music's PureGold Festival, we present a two-day conference focusing on music and the other arts, the conference will bring together international renowned specialists and will include lunchtime and evening concerts as well as round table discussions.
Registration from 9am in Deptford Town Hall.

10am - 12.30pm: papers presented by Elena Artamonova, Magdalini Nikolaidou and Nicholas Walker
3pm - 4.30pm in the Ian Gulland Lecture Theatre
Papers presented by Gavin Dixon, Victoria Adamenko, Vladimir Marchenkov and Olga Tabachnikova
Saturday 3 June
10am - 12.30pm in Deptford Town Hall
Papers presented by Razia Sultanova, Amrei Flechsig, Viktoria Zora, Valerie Welbanks and Georgy Kovalevsky.
2.30pm - 6pm in Deptford Town Hall
Papers presented by Rebecca Turner, Tatiana Tsaregradskaya, Svetlana Savenko and Paolo Eustachi.
It is intended that selected papers will be published.
Registration fee of £35 will cover the cost of the conference pack and refreshments on both days.
Goldsmiths staff and students are free.
