Nancy Doyle talks about her work helping individuals with neurodiverse conditions into the workplace.
Dr Nancy Doyle, CEO of consultancy Genius Within, will speak on her work with neurodiverse individuals. Her work focuses on helping individuals with neurodiverse conditions into employment through psychological assessment and coaching.
Nancy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in neurodiversity and welfare to work. As well as designing the first PSL New Deal training interventions and delivering them successfully with Work Directions (now Ingeus), Nancy delivered a course for Brent in2 Work over 4 years which helped 70% of participants into sustained employment, as well as 100% of participants to complete a course at the College of North West London. Nancy is the Convenor of the Neurodiversity and Employment Working Group for the British Psychological Society and recently completed her doctoral research on the effectiveness of reasonable adjustments in the workplace for hidden disability.
