One of a series of events on Decolonisation in the 2020s taking place throughout March 2021, organised by the Museu de Arte de São Paulo (MASP) and University of the Arts London (UAL) in collaboration with Goldsmiths, Department of Visual Cultures.
Join us for a conversation on the stakes, problematics and possibilities of decolonisation in the 2020s with a focus on qestions of gender, with artist Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley and philosopher Yuderkys Espinosa Miñoso, chaired by researcher Ana González Rueda.
Written contributions from both speakers will be available to read ahead of the event at https://www.afterallartschool.org
The conversation will take place on Zoom. Registered attendees will be sent a joining link in advance. The discussion and Q&A will be recorded and archived on CSM's YouTube channel and on Afterall's Art School platform.
