Sir Rabinder Singh, Lord Justice of Appeal, in conversation with the Head of the Law Department at Goldsmiths Prof Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos
The Rt Hon Lord Justice Singh received an honorary fellowship from Goldsmiths in July 2022.
He will be in conversation with the Head of the Department of Law at Goldsmiths, Professor Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos. They will focus on an analysis of Sir Rabinder's recently published book, The Unity of Law.
Sir Rabinder has been one of the leading lights in the recent development of the common law, most notably in the field of human rights and the law of privacy. In his book, for the first time, he reflects on the defining themes of his career as advocate and judge.
The book explores themes as diverse as equality, privacy and personal autonomy.
Insightful, erudite, and thought-provoking, Sir Rabinder's book is a must read for all those interested in the law and its role in society.
The book talk and Q & A will be followed by a drinks' reception.
