Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with the Asian Music Unit (AsMU) are delighted to present a concert and music/dance workshops by the Traditional Music Ensemble.
Thai Traditional Music and Dance Workshops 2pm to 3.30pm on 8 June.
Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with the Asian Music Unit (AsMU) at Goldsmiths are delighted to offer hands-on workshops for traditional music and dance led by excellent artists from Thailand. This is a rare opportunity not to be missed!
Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to either play a Thai music instrument or to perform Thai dance. All are welcome and no previous experience of Thai music and dance is necessary to join the workshops.
The workshops will be led by members of the traditional Music Ensemble, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, directed by Thai National Artist Dr Sirichaicharn Fachamroon.
Places are limited to 15 people for the Music Workshop and 25 people for the Dance Workshop so you must register in advance by clicking on the links below

The events are free and all are welcome to attend - a rare opportunity not to be missed! A concert will follow these workshops in the evening in The Great Hall.
