Bringing together some of the varied musics from students on the BMus Music pathways, including vocal works by Fauré, Delibes, Mozart and jazz ballads.
The Vocal Group perform:
"Sul Aria" from the 'Marriage of Figaro' by Mozart
Singers: Anna-Maria Achilleos, Holly Wray, with pianist Tabby Griffiths
"La Tarantelle" by Gabriel Faure
Singers: Anna-Maria Achilleos, Holly Wray, with pianist Carolina Abeledo
"The flower duet" from 'Lakme' by Leo Delibes
Singers: Anna-Maria Achilleos, Ruby Caddick-Lawrence, with pianist George Van der Byl
"Hotaru Koi", a traditional Japanese song arranged by Ro Ogura
Singers: Anna-Maria Achilleos, Ruby Caddick-Lawrence, Holly Wray.
And jazz student Ricardo Sousa Veloso De Jesus, will performing a selection of jazz standards on the guitar (maybe put in a request!) from:
