2 hours of Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Rest, to set your intention for 2025. Join us on January 4th, and start your year with intention at our New Year Yoga & Intention Setting event.
A morning dedicated to self-care and wellbeing:
9:45 AM: Arrivals and settling in.
10:00 AM: A dynamic yoga flow to energise and align.
11:00 AM: Restorative yoga, calming breath-work, and journalling / meditation.
11:45 AM: Tea and closing. You are welcome to stay & chat until 12.30.
