The second CRS one day symposium devoted to the psychology of peace and conflict is to be held on Saturday 7 March 2009 from 10:00-17.30.
The Second CRS Symposium on Psychology of Peace & Conflict will be held at Goldsmiths, University of London details are:

Venue: Lecture Theatre, Ben Pimlott Building, Goldsmiths
The symposium is sponsored by the Conflict Research Society (CRS) and by Goldsmiths’ Department of Psychology.
“Peace psychology” is once again defined broadly. Following Christie, Tint, Wagner and Winter’s (2008) taxonomy, it embraces areas related to direct and indirect violence – including relevant features of sustainable development – and especially looks at how such violence can be addressed at different stages of a conflict.
