An evening exploring the potential of the piano - the emergence of new pianisms.
This concert will present the practical results of Sebastian Lexer's research of new performance practices possible through electronic augmentation of the piano within freely improvised music. Sebastian will be joined by Fréderic Blondy and John Edwards, each inhabiting a very individual approach to the instrument and the improvisatory approach of international acclaim.
