Event overview
The Contemporary Music Ensemble (CME) reflects the Department of Music's acknowledged expertise in twentieth-century studies.
The CME this term is directed by Jeremy Peyton Jones and Ian Gardiner, and they play classics from the heyday of minimalism including works by Michael Nyman, Gavin Bryars, Philip Glass and Frederic Rzewski’s epic 'Coming Together'.
This concert is free but we will be collecting donations for the Red Cross Japanese Tsunami Fund.
