Goldsmiths alumna Shama Khanna, from the Department of Visual Cultures, is hosting this event along with fellow curator Caroline Thomas.
The Amateurist Network is 'somewhere between a support system and a learning network.'
The network was set up to provide help and support for people who are self-employed and to give them a chance to discuss their experiences.
For this event, the Amateurist Network will be joined by Sion Wheelans (Calverts Co-operative) and artist Eva Weinmayr (AND Publishing/ Byam Shaw Library) in a discussion about experiences of self-organisation, openess and sustainability within the commons.
This event is open to students, staff and members of the public.
