Open Theatre present… The Bottom Line
Open Theatre presents The Bottom Line, an interactive performance that
delves into a variety of life experiences, uncovering the reality which we
so often ignore. Signs and symbols make up the fabric of everyday life,
and our world reflects this, so be prepared to open your mind to new
possibilities. Images are captured throughout the performance to help us
expose these realities. If you are willing to take part and help us to
expand your world, your image will be used in helping us unmask these
truths. Come and join in with our fun, thought-provoking and unique
experience.
Urban Foxes Collective present… In the blink of an eye
What do we remember? Which are the moments that make up a life? Who will
we see when our life flashes before our eyes?
The phenomenon of ‘life review’ in the moments before death is one that is
not easily explained by logic or science. It is a deeply personal and
individual experience in the face of the one event that binds us all.
Through music, theatre and play, we invite you to join us on an
exploration of the moments between life and death – when time collapses.
No Exit ensemble present… To use a ribcage as a ladder
In an empty space, a blank canvass; bodies fill the space. We eat the
images that are snapped up and filtered through a lens. It is a lens that
deceives you. There are so many bones that we touch; our
firmly gripped hands unable to grasp their intangible reality. It is far
from our
perception.
Our bodies fill the void. Nothing can ever be empty, because everything is
so full of us. It stares back at you from newspapers and magazines. It is
a softly spoken commentator glossing over forgotten stories, and nameless
faces.
