Event overview
Maria Macdonald, a member of staff from the Department of English and Comparative Literature at Goldsmiths, has been chosen to carry the Olympic Torch.
We are all so proud of our very own Olympic Torchbearer, Maria Macdonald. Maria will be carrying the torch on July 22nd through the London Borough of Bexley.
"For those who wish to go and cheer her on, Maria will be running the route between Latham Road and the Broadway starting at 6.17pm."
