Event overview
An international symposium focusing on the research, composition, and performance of live interactive electroacoustic music for piano and other keyboards with specific emphasis on the Disklavier.

Jean-Claude Risset - Directeur de recherche émérite, CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Marseille, France)
Detlef Heusinger - Artistic Director of the Experimental Studio, Freiburg, Germany
Gerhard Winkler - Composer, researcher and head of CRIMMS (Center for Research in Interactive Music and System-Theory, Salzburg, Austria)

Composer-improviser; keyboards, computer; arts researcher; Founder and Director of LYSIS and austraLYSIS
Invited Performer: Rei Nakamura, Multi-media solo pianist, Freiburg.
Venues: Great Hall and Small Hall Cinema
Symposium Fee: £25, payable upon arrival. Please bring cash or cheque as we will not be able to process credit/debit cards (there is a cash machine in the college however).
£10 will be refunded to members of the RMA and Goldsmiths students who are present during the study day (Friday, 9th November). The fee allows attendance to all presentations and concerts.
