Part of the INC seminar series "Grounding: Philosophy and the Law"
Professor Eyal Weizman will be discussing the recent exhumation of Yasser Arafat, and the conflicting scientific investigations into his death that followed, with regard to the concept of forensis.
Eyal Weizman is Professor of Spatial Visual and Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as being director of the ERC project Forensic Architecture.
This event is part of the INC seminar series "Grounding: Philosophy and the Law", in which theorists and philosophers will ask what can be productively read in the conceptual intertwining of law, philosophy and notions of the ground.
