Event overview
Including Mozart's 'Requiem', in memory of Professor Ivashkin
In collaboration with special guests Boxwood and Brass, period music ensemble The Amade Players, directed by Nick Newland, present a performance of two halves; the first is harmoniemusik arrangements of Mozart's greatest opera classics - featuring the 18th century wind band so popular throughout Europe. The second half is Mozart’s Requiem Mass in D minor, dedicated to the memory of Professor Alexander Ivashkin. The impact Sasha made on all of us is without measure, and we would like to mark his passing with this performance.
All welcome
