Evening fund-raising concert for Give-a -Gig
The Chamber Choir, conducted by Caroline Lenton-Ward perform Mozart’s Coronation Mass and Schubert Mass in G, as part of Give-a-Gig, raising money for Youth Music to support life-changing music-making for young people across the country.
This is a Give a Gig event in support of the national music charity Youth Music. Youth Music supports over 400 music-making projects each year, helping over 90,000 young people access life changing music-making. Most of these young people are experiencing significant challenges in their lives including disabilities, poverty, mental health issues or living in care. Music-making is hugely important in helping young people to face and deal with their problems, as well as developing their personal, social and musical skills.
You can also make a donation by taking out your phone now and texting YMUS10 £5 to 70070.
