EXHIBITION | PERFORMANCE | DISCUSSION
2015 marks 10 years since the foundation of the Visual Cultures department at Goldsmiths, University of London. An intellectually vibrant and boundary-pushing field of enquiry, Visual Cultures has produced new ways of studying contemporary art and its political, aesthetic and philosophical issues. Visual Cultures TEN is a programme of events at the Showroom Gallery and at Goldsmiths celebrating work by graduate artists, curators, and scholars who have furthered the department's ethos in today's public sphere. The programme is free and comprises an exhibition, lectures, round-table discussions, and performances. It is a unique opportunity to appreciate the creative and critical initiatives this exciting field of study has helped make possible.
