Course description

Increase your strength, flexibility and coordination with our kung fu martial arts class.

Learn traditional Chinese martial arts movements and techniques which can help towards your health and fitness whilst engaging in a fast and controlled sport. Practice a variety of conditioning exercises such as striking, stances, stretching and meditation to prepare yourself and work into a defence routine.

The classes start from a beginner level which will develop throughout the course.
