Course description

Come join us for this short course blending two of the most popular Chinese martial arts: Tai Chi and Qigong.
 
Tai chi is renowned for its positive energy and controlled movements and this course will introduce you to the various forms, movements and exercises of this tranquil and relaxing yet effective martial art. 
 
The word Qi means energy and Gong means work, and can actually be translated as “life energy work”. Qigong focuses on gentle, meditative flowing movements and stretches in order to harmonise the body and mind and bring one into a state of balance.
