The Electronic Music Studios comprise a suite of working areas for undergraduate & postgraduate students wishing to explore the creative potential of studio equipment & audio software in relation to composition, live electronics, interactive performance, sound-art, acoustic ecology and research.

All EMS computers offer internet access. To log-on to a computer you will need to know your Goldsmiths username and password. Once you’ve logged in you have your own personal desktop/workspace. Please note that due to new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we can no longer access any of your files. This means that we cannot backup your work. It is therefore essential that you do regular backups yourself.
