Please note: Goldsmiths, University of London has concluded that it is not a contracting authority and accordingly from 1 August 2023 will “opt out” of the UK’s Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”).

Goldsmiths nonetheless reserves the right at its own discretion to undertake certain procurement exercises in accordance with the Regulations. Goldsmiths will revaluate its status with respect to the Regulations on an annual basis.
