8. Conflicts of interest
8.1
The College is committed to the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability. It seeks to conduct its affairs in a responsible manner, having regard to the values established by the Committee on Standards in Public Life (formerly known as the Nolan Committee), which members of staff at all levels are expected to observe.
8.2
Additionally, members of Council, Senior Management or those involved in procurement are required to disclose interests in accordance with the College's Conflicts of Interests Policy, which includes provision for the College's Register of Interests for Council members and senior officers and a section on declaring personal interest in tendering and contracts.
