13. The Registrar and Secretary and the Director of Finance

13.1

The Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed by the Council after consultation with the Warden and shall hold office for such period and (subject to Statute 16) upon such conditions as the Council may determine. They shall undertake such duties as the Warden may determine and be responsible to the Warden, or in the case of the Chief Financial Officer to the Warden or a person designated by the Warden, for the efficient discharge of these
duties.

11.2

The Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer may resign by writing addressed to the Council.
