Booking site
Please note that by making an order or booking on the portal “Your Graduation”, you acknowledge that the data you provide will be processed by our supplier Marston Events Limited on behalf of Goldsmiths, University of London.
Any data shall only be used by Marston Events for the management of orders and bookings and for the delivery of the products and services ordered for the ceremonies.
We have appropriate contractual and security measures in place to ensure that your personal data is protected.
To find out more about how Marston Events processes your data, please read their privacy policy. If you do not wish your data to be used in this way and to discuss any queries relating to data protection, please email the graduation team.
Alumni mailing list
If you consent to join the Alumni mailing list, your data will be provided to Goldsmiths Development and Alumni Office, which will hold it securely and treat it confidentially and appropriately.
It is for use by Goldsmiths and external organisations acting as agents for Goldsmiths only.
It will be used for a range of activities including mailing publications, notification of news and events, fundraising and the promotion of services and benefits.
You can unsubscribe from hearing about any of these activities by updating your contact preferences or emailing: alumni (@gold.ac.uk).
Careers questionnaire
Any responses you provide to the Careers questionnaire will be shared with the Careers Team only.
These may be used for a range of activities, including to offer careers support to you for up to 3 years after graduation, as well as for planning future services and promoting services and benefits.
You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing: careers (@gold.ac.uk).
On the day
The graduation events will be live-streamed via the Goldsmiths website for all non-participant supporters to see.
