Hugo Manassei is an innovator in design thinking and digital technologies, who was awarded an honorary fellowship from Goldsmiths in 2017.

Hugo Manassei is a British designer who applies innovative design thinking and digital technologies to build new types of services.

After founding a number of digital agencies, he was invited to become involved in NESTA in 2003
and founded the Creative Pioneer Programme, a seed fund for new business models in the Creative Industries.

In 2006, he moved into the public sector as a Founding Partner of Participle, a consultancy focused on redesigning public services.

Since then, he has focused on transforming healthcare and developing ground-breaking tech-enabled services that radically change people’s lives. He is currently GVP of Healthcare Transformation at Publicis Sapient.

In 2017, Hugo Manassei was awarded an honorary fellowship by Goldsmiths.
