Oliver’s focus is on using social research, evaluation and analysis to help organisations understand their impact.
Oliver is a visiting tutor at ICCE. Oliver’s focus is on using social research, evaluation and analysis to help organisations better understand their impact and to make better decisions.
Oliver is an expert on Social Return on Investment (SROI) and teaches the Social Impact component of the MA Social Entrepreneurship at ICCE. He has expertise in a variety of primary research methods such as focus group facilitation and survey design and analysis.

Professional Activities
In 2011 Oliver co-founded Envoy Partnership, a consultancy specialising in social impact evaluation. Oliver lead’s the SROI component of Envoy’s work and supports a variety of charities, social enterprises and businesses to use research and evaluation effectively.
Oliver previously worked at the consulting arm of the new economics foundation. He is accredited by Social Value International as a practitioner and trainer.
