Appointments are compulsory. Call 0871 376 2101 to book an appointment, then lodge your application in person at that appointment.

Fee: Generally 60 Euros but a service charge might be added
Requirements
Passport and visa
- At least 90 days beyond the end of the visa requested
- At least 2 blank adjacent visa pages remaining in your Passport
- At least 90 days beyond the end of the visa requested/departure from Schengen area
- Passport must have been issued (not extended) within last 10 years.
You will need to make copies of any Schengen visas in your previous passport.
Please bring all previous passports or police report in case of loss or theft.
Financial
Amount of money needed: A minimum of £500 regardless of the length of stay in the Schengen area, plus £55 per day if staying 8 days or more
Evidence of finance: Last full 3 months official bank statements for your current account showing a positive balance
Confirmation of student status
A recent (not older than 1 month) letter from the Student hubs confirming your course details.
Evidence of medical and travel insurance
Travel insurance certificate issued in the UK, covering the intended period of stay with a minimum coverage of €30,000 for emergency medical and repatriation clause in case of death. If travel insurance is covered by your bank, provide a recent letter from the bank stating this.
Evidence of travel and hotel bookings
Fully paid and confirmed return travel tickets showing proof of payment, and fully booked accommodation reservation or original invitation letter from host.
