My work focuses on issues of Public Law, Human Rights, Law and Political Economy, and Critical Legal Theory.
Dimitrios joined Goldsmiths as Lecturer in September 2023. Prior to this he held positions at Birkbeck, University of London and Durham University. Dimitrios’s research interests lie in the areas of Public Law, Human Rights, Law and Political Economy, Critical Legal Theory (in particular Marxist critiques of law), Law and Social Change, Comparative Law and European Union Law. Dimitrios has published on the impact of crisis legislation on fundamental rights, on the relationship between rights and social change, as well as on the relationship between constitutional law and political economy. He is also member of the editorial collective of the Legal Form, a forum for Marxist analysis and critique.
