Senate House Library
Goldsmiths students and staff are entitled to free membership to Senate House Library which is the central library for the University of London and the School of Advanced Study.

Senate House Library is one of the UK's largest academic libraries for arts, humanities and social sciences with over 2 million books, 50 special collections and 1,800 archival collections.
Registering
Goldsmiths students and staff (including Emeritus Professors) can self-register for instant access to most of Senate House Library’s databases and e-resources by following the steps on our Library Guide here.
After self-registering you may visit the membership desk at Senate House Library with your valid Goldsmiths card to set up your account for visiting and borrowing rights.
Visiting
The Library is in Bloomsbury, Central London on the 4th floor of Senate House.

It is a short walk from London Underground, and national railway stations.
Borrowing
Your loan allowance will depend on the type of staff or student you are at Goldsmiths:

Alumni
Please note that users wishing to apply for alumni access to Goldsmiths library must return any items to Senate House Library and ensure any outstanding fines are paid prior to making an application.
