Pioneering magazine editor Edward Enninful OBE is among the prominent figures being recognised with Honorary Fellowships at summer graduation at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Enninful, who briefly attended Goldsmiths as a student, enjoyed a meteoric rise working for some of the world’s leading magazines before being appointed editor of British Vogue last year.
Also being recognised with Honorary Fellowships are former Lewisham Mayor Sir Steve Bullock, educationalist Mary Curnock Cook OBE, musician Dave Okumu and former Comic Relief chief executive Kevin Cahill CBE.
They will join more than 1,000 students from across Goldsmiths at graduation ceremonies taking place in the College’s Great Hall on 18, 19 and 20 July 2018.
Patrick Loughrey, Warden of Goldsmiths, said: “We’re delighted to welcome these distinguished guests to be part of our celebrations.
“They all share one thing: they have used their talent to change the world around them and I hope their experiences and achievements can help inspire our students to go on and do the same.”
