Design and Anthropology students at Goldsmiths among most satisfied in UK

Design and Anthropology students at Goldsmiths, University of London are among the most satisfied in the UK, according to the National Student Survey 2016.

Final-year Anthropology undergraduates gave their course a 94% overall satisfaction rating - up 3% from 2015.

Design, which has also been named best in the country by the Guardian two years in a row, received 95% for overall satisfaction.
 
Sociology scored 90% while Visual Cultures saw improvements this year, rising to 90% from 84%.
 
Politics jumped a huge 13 points from 77% to 90% while History (90%) and Psychology (88%) also improved their ratings.
 
 
This year’s student survey results indicated improvements in our teaching, learning resources and assessment and feedback, leading to an overall Goldsmiths average of 83%.
 
Seven out of 10 final year undergraduates across the UK complete the National Student Survey each year, answering questions about their course and overall university experience. The NSS is commissioned by the Higher Education Funding Council for England, with polling undertaken by Ipsos MORI.
