Nancy Galenianou

Nancy (Dionysia) Galenianou was born in Crete, Greece. After she finished school, she decided to join the Mediterranean Studies department in the University of Aegean where she studied international relations and organizations. Afterwards, she traveled to London to study in Goldsmiths College her MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy, where she gained a wide and innovative perspective regarding management and the accomplishment of an art project.

For the last several years, Nancy has been working in the arts sector as a freelance event organizer as well as a performer. Her goal has always been to find a way to combine in the best possible way the business priorities of a project with the needs of the artists. For the last three years, Nancy has been involved in organizing several events including children’s theatre, musical theatre, dance festivals, and at the moment she is working in the contemporary dance company Fysalida Dance as PR manager.
