Photo and film consent form

I consent to Goldsmiths, University of London using photographs and/or video recordings including images of me both internally and externally to promote the university. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing materials, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research materials.

I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as UK legislation provides.

I understand that Goldsmiths may continue to publish the images and recordings for up to five years. They may remain online and in the places where they were published after this date, and they may be kept as an archive of university life.

After completing this form a copy will be emailed to you. It will include an email address you can use to contact us about our use of the image.
