Support before you start university
Our Pre-Entry Careers Consultants can support you to understand how you can use the Goldsmiths Careers Service to build your employability skills once you begin your studies with us.
Once you enrol you will have full access to the Career Service provision, including 121 appointments and career events.
In the meantime, if you are looking for information about the career options related to your intended course of study, you can start by looking at the Prospects website, which provides lots of really good information to support your career thinking and help you plan your future. You can access information about:
- Career paths for your course of study
- Advice and guidance on looking for part-time work whilst at university
- General information about what graduate destinations and job roles
Support for widening participation students
If you are from a widening participation background and you are looking for further information and support with your career thinking, we provide guidance to prospective students at Open Days. We also support on-campus pre-entry schemes such as Realising Opportunities and Goldsmiths Progression Scheme.
Once you have started at Goldsmiths, you will have access to our GoldReach programme (for Widening Participation students), in addition to careers events and services from Goldsmiths Careers Service.
