Nicola is a Mental Health Nurse, Couples Counsellor, Psychosexual Therapist, Group Analyst and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist. Clinical expertise in eating disorders and personality disorders.

Nicola is a BABCP accredited practitioner, trainer and supervisor in CBT, and senior fellow of Advance HE.

Research interests

I was the Principal Investigator of a small research project: Group analyst/groupwork practitioner-facilitated self-practice/self-reflection groupwork in high-intensity cognitive behaviour therapist training: a feasibility study. The project was funded by a grant from the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA).
