Student Complaints process
We encourage students to resolve problems informally. Some services have their own complaint processes.
If this does not resolve matters then the Student Complaints process can help with concerns about:
Conduct including discrimination, bullying and harassment
You can use the Student Complaints process to complain about the way you have been treated. You may also want to consider one of the following:
