The College has the power under the Conduct Regulation 2.4.5 to take precautionary action, in relation to any student who is alleged to have acted in contravention of this Regulation, in order to secure the continued safeguarding of the College community. This may include:
- Timed suspension - restrictions on areas of the campus the reported student can visit at certain times.
- Suspension – restrictions on areas of the campus the reported student can visit
- Exclusion – banning the student from all areas of campus, for a specified amount of time, in rare cases this may also extend to the College’s digital estate
If the College determines that precautionary action is necessary, the action will be reviewed regularly to ensure that reported students are not subject to undue restrictions of access to College facilities.
